Georgian Bluffs is asking for feedback from ratepayers in advance of its 2021 budget deliberations.
The township has included a link on its website at www.georgianbluffs.ca to a 2021 budget survey. In the survey a series of questions are asked around how the township spends money and the services they provide. Residents are able to provide information on what services are important to them and what ones aren’t.
Coun. Carol Barfoot, who spurred the idea of the survey, thanked staff for putting together the survey during Georgian Bluffs’ committee of the whole meeting on Wednesday.
“I think it is a good idea that we have more input in it,” she said.
The survey is open until Jan. 15 at noon. A budget meeting is expected to be scheduled for mid-February.
