Martin touches ’em all in Meaford win
Meaford Leaky Canoe Ladies went head-to-head with Tara ladies and came out on top 14-10 Thursday night.  Erika Ernst pitched for Meaford and added a triple and two doubles.  Brandy Martin added a home run while Jaleh McEachern and Jen Bumstead added triples to help catch the win. The Tara Ladies fought hard with Lexie Mahoon and Kelly Cornfield sharing the mound. Kristy Goudy, Brooke Clarke and Courtney Calhoon all had outstanding bats.
OWEN SOUND MEN’S FASTBALL LEAGUE
Parker pops four-bagger
The Keady Jets topped the Tara Titans 9-2 Wednesday evening. Kyle Fry earned the win whiffing nine while allowing three hits. Peter Parker went two-for-three with a home run.

Sting on Sting action

The Shallow Lake Sting midgets hung an ‘L’ on the Shallow Lake Sting bantams 6-2. Austin McComb and Riley Torrie shared the pitching for the midgets striking out five and allowing three hits.  Mathew Wieler had a double and two singles and Austin McComb added a triple.

Humphrey scores six

The Owen Sound McCartney Property Maintenance North Stars tyke-1 team brought home their first win of the season beating Guelph on Thursday night by a score of 11-7. The North Stars were led by Sam Humphrey with an amazing six goals. Singles were scored by Brady Snow, Davis Roebuck, Manny Minard, Kohen Kirby and Ryder Stolec.
